Alone in the dark and scared
I hear a whisper but no one’s there

I walk a little farther hoping to see
Someone in the darkness
looking at me

I still see no one
My knees are shaking
It’s cold and dark
I am weeping

Alone in the dark alass
Is their anybody going to pass
My way to help me into the light
And take me away from this dark cold night?
